AKANA INTERIM LEADERSHIP

Glory Gituma is a Texas-based Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with over nine years of clinical experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Nursing from the Wake Forest School of Medicine.

In her clinical practice, Glory provides anesthesia across a broad spectrum of settings, with specialized expertise in pediatric anesthesia, as well as cardiac and vascular surgery.

As the Interim Mentorship Director, Glory is deeply passionate about guiding the next generation of CRNAs. She is dedicated to mentoring Registered Nurses (RNs) through the application process and providing steadfast support to Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) as they navigate the rigors of their training.
