Dr. Rogers K. Tuwei is a seasoned Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with over nine years of experience in diverse clinical settings. As the Interim Treasurer of AKANA, he brings a strong foundation of leadership and clinical excellence to the executive team.
Dr. Tuwei holds a Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice from Missouri State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Augusta University. Beyond his clinical practice, he is a dedicated advocate for improving healthcare access in underserved communities. He has notably led and participated in multiple international medical mission trips to Kenya.
Outside of his professional and philanthropic work, Dr. Tuwei enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
